Welcome to MONTHLY MARATHON - the blog where each person promises to walk, run, crawl, jump, skip, or jog a marathon each month. That 26.2 miles each month. You can walk a little over a mile 26 days each month, or a little over 2 miles 13 days each month, etc. Just as long as your total reaches at least 26.2 miles each month, you're okay. It's do-able. The most important thing is perseverance! You've got to get those miles in whether or not you feel like it!
Here are the guidelines:
(1) Cover 26.2 miles each month via walking, running, jogging. You can do it on a treadmill, outside on the sidewalk or street, on a track - however works best for you.
(2) At least once each month log onto the MONTHLY MARATHON blog and write a post about your success.
(3) Members are encouraged to post during the month to discuss challenges and successes.
(4) Upon registration, each member will be given access to login information for the blog.
