Joan's Report

I got in 1.3 miles in our hilly neighborhood yesterday.

Congratulations, Joan! I walked a little on the land this morning - and I'm heading back there this afternoon. So I'm hoping to get a couple miles in before the day is over.

They say the hills are better for leg strengthening to walk up and down. My neighborhood has what they call the "cardiac" hill. Most youngsters have to get off the bike and walk it up the hill. It isn't straight down but I bet if you had skis on you could cut a good path.! Keep it up you are an encouragement.
